What’s included with shipping?
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the package’s weight/dimensions, destination, and the delivery method selected. Taxes and customs duties, if applicable, are the customer’s responsibility.
Which carrier do you use?
We ship with trusted carriers such as UPS, Purolator, DHL, or GLS. The carrier is automatically selected based on your shipping address and the delivery method chosen at checkout.
What are the delivery times?
Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout based on your address. In general:

Canada: approximately 2–7 business days (Standard)

United States: approximately 3–8 business days

International: approximately 5–12+ business days
Please note that delivery times may vary during busy seasons (Black Friday, holidays, weather conditions, customs delays, etc.).
Order delayed or not received
Depending on the time of year, orders may take longer to arrive. Please allow 5 additional business days after the estimated delivery date before contacting us. We’re here to help: info@allasleep.com.
Returned or undeliverable packages
If a package is returned to us or cannot be delivered due to an incomplete or incorrect address, reshipping fees at the current rate will apply. We will contact you to arrange the reshipment.
Tracking number
A tracking number is provided for most shipments. Exceptions may apply depending on the destination and shipping method selected.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Shipping fees and customs duties/taxes may apply depending on your country’s import regulations.
