Shipping policy

Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on the package weight, destination, and delivery method selected.

We ship with trusted carriers such as UPS, Purolator, DHL, or GLS, depending on your region.

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

• Canada: 2–7 business days

• United States: 3–8 business days

• International: 5–12 business days (depending on destination and customs processing)

A tracking number is provided for most shipments. Exceptions may apply depending on the shipping method selected.

Taxes and customs duties, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.

If a package is returned to us or undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipping fees at the current rate will apply.
